1. Collecting and storing personal data

The Sternenbrücke children's hospice foundation collects personal data only with your consent in order to answer questions and for the purposes of technical administration, and the data are not accessible to third parties. Personal data are individual details about your personal and factual circumstances, specifically your full name, your full address, your date of birth, your email address, payment details and, where appropriate, your IP address.


The Sternenbrücke children's hospice in particular collects personal data for the following purposes:

  • Your online donation via the donation form on our website


We never pass on or sell personal details unless we are legally obligated to do so and are ordered to do so by the competent authority, such as for the purposes of law enforcement or for hazard control by the police.


2. Automatic analysis of browser data

When a website is visited, the browser automatically sends out information about browser type and browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the IP address, the file name, the access status, the data volume transferred, and the date and time of the server request. These data will not be merged with other data sources, and a usage profile will not be created. Following statistical evaluation, the data will be automatically deleted. 3. Information, correction, blocking, deletion and revocation of your consent to the processing of your data

You can request information about the stored data and the purpose of storage at any time. Furthermore, in accordance with statutory regulations you have the right to correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent to the collection of your personal data at any time with future effect. The revocation does not have to take a particular form. 4. Notes on the web tracking tool

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). The data collected will be used in an anonymous form to improve our website.
