Our mission statement

We started developing a common mission statement in 2023. Consisting of vision, mission, and values, it is intended to form the basis for our actions and daily work.

Our vision

Our vision is that the dignity of young people with life-shortening illnesses and their loved ones remains inviolable in life, in death and beyond. We are thus at the heart of society.

Our mission

We create a place where seriously ill children and their families can find time, support and comfort.

Accompaniment

Children, adolescents and young adults with life-shortening illnesses find caring support and space for their individual needs with us.

Our team of full-time and volunteer staff provides families with a safe space. Empathy, appreciation, reliability and openness characterise our actions.

We work closely with partners, close gaps in care provision and act as ambassadors for children's and youth hospice work.
