Donate directly

You can actively support the work of Sternenbrücke with a donation. We greatly appreciate your help, which contributes to Sternenbrücke continuing to be a ‘second home’ for many families.

Every donation counts

With your support, you give affected families security, time and attentive support. Every donation – whether one-off or regular – helps to forge, maintain and continue the bond of life.

Monetary donations

With a monetary donation, you can help us to lovingly support our guests and their relatives and secure important services.

Medical and nursing care

The highest priority is to maintain or improve the quality of life of young people with the disease by means of individual pain therapy, e.g. with therapies or medicines and care aids.

Sibling time

Siblings of children with life-shortening illnesses often take a back seat. At Sternenbrücke, our educational team gives them special attention with various activities such as crafts, games, excursions and much more.

Psychosocial support

To strengthen, relieve and support the whole family, we offer individual bereavement counselling and expert help and advice on all social law issues and matters.

Further education and training

Housekeeping and guest services

We create a feel-good atmosphere by cleaning and disinfecting the rooms, making the beds, decorating the house and preparing delicious meals, among other things.

Family celebrations & rituals

As affected families stay with us throughout the year, we also celebrate holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve together at the children's hospice. In addition, we offer bereaved families activities and rituals to help them cope with their grief.

House and garden maintenance

Wish list

In addition to monetary donations, we also welcome donations in kind that brighten up the everyday lives of our guests and their families. Our wish list contains items that we need to support young people and their families.

Christmas donations

With a donation at Christmas, you can bring special joy to terminally ill children and their families at Sternenbrücke.

Meaningful Christmas

With your support, we are committed to ensuring that children with life-shortening illnesses and their families do not have to go through this difficult journey alone.
